1. General

PerunOTS is a free-to-play fan game server run by the operator of PerunOTS (a sole proprietorship registered in Poland), e-mail: contact@perun-ots.online. The operator's full name, address and tax id are shown to logged-in players on the Buy Perun Coins page before every purchase and in every purchase confirmation e-mail, and are sent to anyone who asks by e-mail. Below it is called the "Operator". PerunOTS is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH. By creating an account you accept these terms, the server rules and the privacy policy.

2. Accounts

• Playing is free. You need an account and the official PerunOTS client.
• You are responsible for keeping your account name and password secret. Give a working e-mail address, otherwise the account cannot be recovered.
• If you are under 16, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian, also for any purchase.
• The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that break the server rules (for example cheating, bots, abuse of bugs, scamming, offensive names) or the law.

3. Perun Coins and the shop

• Perun Coins are a virtual currency that can be used only in the PerunOTS shop for premium time, outfits, items and other in-game services. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back into money and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Prices of coin packages are shown on the Buy Perun Coins page in the stated currency and include taxes. The payment is handled by an external payment provider.
• Coins are added to your account right after the payment provider confirms the payment. Shop items are delivered to the chosen character in the game.
• Right of withdrawal: Perun Coins are digital content delivered immediately. By buying them you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the coins have been added to your account (as allowed by EU consumer law). Coins that have not been delivered can be refunded.
• Virtual goods are part of the game and may change with game updates. Coins and items lost because of a ban for breaking the rules are not refunded.

4. Complaints

If something you paid for was not delivered or does not work, write to contact@perun-ots.online with your account name, character name and the transaction id. We answer within 14 days. A consumer in the EU may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through their local consumer authority.

5. Availability of the service

The Operator runs the server as a hobby and does its best to keep it online, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Short breaks for maintenance, updates and restarts are announced in the game when possible. Server rates, game content and these terms may change; important changes are announced in the news.

6. Liability

The game is provided as it is. The Operator is not liable for losses inside the game caused by other players, connection problems on the player's side or the player's own mistakes. This does not limit any rights that a consumer has under mandatory law.

7. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection given by the mandatory law of their country of residence.
